BharatBenz 1924 Intercity

The BharatBenz 1924 Intercity is a fully built, front-engine intercity bus with a 19,500 kg GVW, seating 51 passengers plus a conductor and the driver. It uses the OBD-II OM926 six-cylinder turbocharged, intercooled BS-VI diesel producing 241 hp and 850 Nm, paired with a 6-speed synchromesh gearbox.

On a 6850 mm wheelbase it rides on full pneumatic suspension with anti-roll bars at both ends for a comfortable long-distance ride. It gets ABS, hill hold, cruise control, fog lamps, tubeless 295/80 R22.5 radials and a 380-litre fuel tank.
